Semi Permanent Make Up Booking Terms

A 50% booking fee is required upon booking, fee will be put towards treatments booked with the remainder payable on the day.

You will receive a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Elsker Beauty requires a non-refundable booking fee at the time of booking to secure an appointment. One weeks notice is required for any Semi Permanent Make Up appointments to be rescheduled or cancelled, or the booking fee will be lost.

You can only reschedule an appointment once with a weeks notice. The booking fee is non-refundable, no exceptions.

Last minute cancellations (less than one week before your appointment) will result in your booking fee being non-transferrable to another date.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may lose your appointment.

If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment or have any queries, this must be done by email or text as I cannot guarantee your call will be answered.

Top Up appointments are included in the initial price & are to be booked 4-8 weeks after your first appointment, all semi permanent make up is a two part process.

Colour Boost appointments are to be expected 9-18 months from your original treatment - depending on your skin type, colour of pigment & environmental factors. A colour boost is one appointment, if a second is required, this is due to your skin type & an extra cost will incur.

Refunds will not be given prior or post treatment.

All pre & post care advice must be adhered too to achieve the best possible result.

Do not wear your best or white clothing to your appointment, Elsker Beauty ensures to protect your clothing however pigment can sometimes accidently transfer onto clothing. Therefore Elsker Beauty cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewellery, phones & accessories.

In the unlikely event I need to move your appointment, it will be moved to the next best availability for you. If I must cancel your appointment, booking fee will be returned to you.

‘No shows’ automatically forfeit booking fee regardless of time frame.

If 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, I will do what I can in time remaining but if full treatment cannot be carried out full amount will still be charged.

If booking with a gift voucher, please contact me directly with your availability to arrange your appointment.

Treatment changes within one week, which are less than original booking, will still be charged at the original booking amount.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for money.
